Frequently asked questions

In order to place a withdrawal request, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the Withdraw Funds tab in the left-hand menu
  • Enter the amount to withdraw (in USD)
  • Complete the electronic withdrawal form as required
  • Click “Submit”

Funds are withdrawn from your available balance. To successfully complete the withdrawal of funds from your account, your available balance must be greater than the amount that is being withdrawn.

If you have funds invested in open positions, you can free up more funds by closing positions. Once a position is closed, the invested amount net of any profit or loss will be sent back to your available balance.

NOTE: Withdrawn funds return to the account from which they were deposited from.

Profits are preferred to be withdrawn to your bank (via ACH transfer), meaning the complete amount of your withdrawal may not return in full to only your debit card. You may find that some of your withdrawal amount went to your bank or via a wire transfer. This is not a Kingston10Exchange rule but is required for regulatory purposes and, as such, is not subject to change.

There is a seven-day hold from the date of deposit before all funds deposited via online banking can be withdrawn.

After that hold period, withdrawal requests take up to two (2) business days for us to process, presuming that we have all the necessary information. Once processed by Kingston10Exchange, online bank transfers are generally completed in less than three (3) business days but in some cases can take more.

Wire transfers can take up to seven (7) business days, depending upon which back you use, before the funds are received by us.

Within the USA, Debit card withdrawals can take as long as four (4) business days or more.

In some case it may be possible to cancel your request for withdrawal of funds request. To cancel this type of request, simply follow the steps below:

  • Login to your trading account and click “Withdraw Funds” tab.
  • A pop-up message will appear. Use the “click here” link to view your withdrawal history
  • Click on the “Reverse” button
  • Confirm that you wish to cancel the request

All funds, including withdrawal fees, will be immediately returned to your account balance.

Note: If your transaction status shows “In Process,” you will be unable to cancel on the platform. In this case, please send us a note via our Customer Service page, and we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.

The minimum amount for withdrawal is $35. If your balance is less than the minimum required, you will not be able to complete this action. You must have withdrawable funds available before you can withdraw funds.

Additionally, your account must be verified, meaning a green checkmark appears on your profile; if you have not yet verified your account, please do so now… contact us and upload the required documents and we will get to it as soon as possible. All account verification is handled on a first come, first serve basis.

Your account must also be in good standing with us (not be in Review).

For your peace of mind, note that all of your personal information, payment details as well as all accompanying documentation, are protected by Kingston10Exchange’s strict information security policy. As part of the withdrawal process, Kingston10Exchange reserves the right to send the requested funds to the payment method that was used to initially complete the deposited funds into your Kingston10Exchange trading account.

If you have deposited funds into your account via a debit card, we will typically process your withdrawal request as a refund of your deposit(s).

When you make a deposit using a new debit card, it will automatically be added to the list of available payment methods to be used for future withdrawals.

However, in some instances, card issuer restrictions may prevent us from doing this. For example, we cannot refund debit card deposits that were made more than 12 months before the withdrawal request.

For this reason, for every withdrawal request, we may ask you to provide an alternative payment method – your bank details for a wire transfer – as a backup, in case your original deposit method cannot be refunded.

As soon as your withdrawal is processed, we send an email to the email address on file, detailing where the withdrawn funds were sent. You can also see this information in your withdrawal dashboard by in your Kingston10Exchange trading account by clicking here.

At Kingston10Exchange, we notify each account holder of the action taken via email upon completion of all financial activity, i.e., withdrawals request, deposits and other activities. In addition, you can login to your account and then go to the History tab to view the most recent transaction completed in your account.

In the unlikely event that funds you request to be deposited into your account do not show up in your account, you may first check your email account for the confirmation email you should have gotten from us or you can login to your account and then go to the History tab to view the most recent transaction completed in your account.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to seven business days before your deposit show up in your account. If it has been seven days since your transaction was complete and your funds are still not being shown in your bank account, please contact us so we can start the process of researching and finding your lost funds.

To do this, we need a copy of your bank statement showing incoming and outgoing transactions from the time the withdrawal was processed until the time you contacted us. Please ensure your name, the transaction dates, and the payment details are clearly legible.
